If you order as a Consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following instruction. A Consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes which can be attributed mainly neither to his commercial or independent professional activity.

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without a statement of reasons. The revocation period is 14 days as of the day on which you or a third party designated by you and who is not the transport provider have taken the goods into possession.

For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample revocation form, which however is not mandatory.
To observe the revocation period it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right to revocation prior to the expiration of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall return all payments to you that we have received from you, including the shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from the circumstance that you may have chosen another kind of delivery than the most efficient standard delivery offered by us) without delay and at the latest within fourteen days as of the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. We will use the same payment method for this repayment as you have used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will any fees be charged to you for this repayment. We may refuse the repayment until we have received the goods in return or until you have provided proof that you have sent the return shipment of the goods, depending on which date is earlier. You shall return the goods immediately, either by return shipment or handover to us, and in any case at the latest within fourteen days as of the date on which you informed us of the revocation. The deadline will be observed if you ship the goods prior to the expiration of the fourteen-day deadline. You will bear the costs for the return shipment of the goods; the costs have been estimated at the amount that is reported as shipping costs in the invoice to the delivery of goods. You will only be required to bear the costs of a potential value loss of the goods if this value loss was caused by an unnecessary scope of the goods inspection conducted by you as to their condition, characteristics and mode of functioning.

3. Conclusion of contract
The products and services shown in the online shop shall not constitute binding offers; rather, they constitute an invitation to the customer to submit to the company a binding offer. Orders are limited to 15 items per order; in the case of bulk orders you are advised to use the contact form on our website. By clicking the button “Add to Basket“ next to a product, the customer can choose individual items for sale; the items in the basket are constantly shown at the right side of the screen. After clicking on the link “Basket“, the customer can review the items in the basket, i.e. the items selected for the order, for any entry mistakes and remove or replace items as well as enter further information after clicking on “[Go to checkout]“. Before placing an order, the customer can see all order details in an overview of the order and change the details by clicking on “Change“. By clicking on the button “Buy Now“, the customer bindingly declares an offer to contract. Immediately upon submission of the order, the company will send an automatic email to confirm receipt of the order. This constitutes the acceptance of the order; hereby the contract is concluded.
After submitting the declaration, the customer may save and/or print the details of the order (contract text) at the end of the order by clicking on the button “[Print]“. The customer can track the order in his or her user account. In addition, the customer may save and print such information and the General Terms and Conditions by clicking on “[Print]“. The company will not additionally save the order details.
The contract language is English and German.
6. Liability and warranty
You have the statutory right in terms of liability for defects concerning goods ordered from us.
7. Delivery of title
We shall retain the right to deliver an item other than that purchased if the customer can reasonably be expected to accept this. This concerns, for example, any technical changes or changes to the weight that do not impair the purchased item's functionality as well as any minor changes to form and/or colour of items whose style does not play a role.
The contract is concluded on the proviso of non-performance or partial performance in the event of incorrect or improper own supply by sub-suppliers. This does not apply if we are responsible for our own supply being absent. In the event of non-availability or only partial availability of the object of performance, we will immediately inform the customers; in the event of a withdrawal, the payment will be refunded immediately to the customer.
