AKTTEM / IMM 2019

We developed the stand design for AKTTEM (product brand until 2021), for furniture fair IMM Cologne 2019.

Layers of natural felt were used as backdrop of the stand, inspired by the backgrounds of a photo studio. A cosy, yet approachable appearance were create by the texture of the felt, due to its noise absorbing effect and its tactile feel.

The multiple layers generated depth in the open space, and allowed the products to be highlighted like a gallery piece.
