We usually start with a broad research phase, customer interviews and client workshops to get a clear understanding of the project, possible problems, needed requirements and goals of our clients.

2 – Define

In the next phase we build upon the knowledge and insights we gathered during the research.

Clear and measurable parameters will be defined and sketched out – always in conversation with the clients. 

Based on this roadmap first ideas being visualized, material experiments made, prototypes built and tested.

In the calibrating phase, we test out the designs extensively under real life conditions, gather further information along the process and iterate until we reach a final result, idea and design which is ready for the market.

4 – Execute

In the last part we support clients to bring the results we created together to life.

No matter if it is the launch strategy, supporting with production, brand marketing or an installation for a designfair. We offer a seamless journey for our clients from the initial idea to launch.
